Can singles show profit.

Only one i am looking at for tomorrow and took me while to decide if worth a bet but i feel is now.

BARYSHNIKOV 3 52 REDCAR.
This horse has similar two runs last year before running a good 3rd in the zetland round here well had a extra race at chester between them also.
That was of a mark of 89 and this is not as good a race as that running of 83 ok maybe over due a win so could be reseeding to much now.
But i feel as this horse is always held up and some time slow away there will be enough horses in this to make it good pace although only six runners could be three well up so will suit this one, The trainer had winner the other day with this jockey and the jockey is doing extra well with three winners,
So i just feel alot going for this horse i know alot of lighter races horses to beat, but fitness edge and pace could pay dividends.

Well was looking at four tomorrow but heavy ground at goodwood really not a help to my two there , leaves me with other two but one not quiet sure of so that leaves me with one.

WHIP CRACKER 2 25 NEWMARKET.
This horse was bit keen first time out when second just in front of caviar heights but i think will deff get lead here and that was decent run last time.
When you look at the times of that meeting compared to the fav here it was alot faster ok i think that days racing was slightly faster but even so should have a bit in hand over endless victory.
With 3yo olds your never dead sure of progress but i think on all known form so far worth a bet.

Well back to +15 as the other horse in race i liked won the race but at least right that endless victory had alot to find on the times with that form.
So now going to look at tomorrows see if anything worth a bet.
I might add the winner done ok time for ground so might be worth watchingand exspecially the one that beat it last time.

Well i will stick to the flat now i think tomorrow all though i do think resplendent grey should run well at uttox.
But for tomorrow 4 horses i will go for on flat are.

MITBAAHY 2 55 NEWMARKET.
This horse usually needs a stiffish 5fur or easy 6fur, so to run round here over 6 last time maybe was a get fit race but still ran really well in fourth in a race that was run at decent pace possibly why suited to certain exstent.
But back to five here should be ideal spencer keeping ride should run big race.

NORTHERN EXPRESS 2 40 THIRSK.
Gave this horse a run before winning last year and same again both races over 7fur but a little tougher this time round running at newmarket maybe just winning last year they felt needed tougher first run but ran cracker in 5th and looks primed to run big race yet again.

ARECIBO 3 15 THIRSK.
Winning at newmarket shows how good a horse this was now changed stables but run cracker first time out for stable.
That was first run at musselborugh now first run at thirsk and just possible finding this easier less class and more time to get its self organized.

FLEAUR DE MER 4 55 THIRSK.
Main reason i like this one is beaten by two brothers last time out and i bet a horse beaten by that horse today that won rathgaurd.
So some time the northern races like last time are underestamated i dont think the race was great but the winner is good yard stick to treat this one with concidering the race today and was interferred with to.

Feel really bad to put any more up here now as both won today good prices too and just think maybe giving selections not a good idea maybe just chatting about horse racing is right way to go.

Well just a little run down on what i think i have learnt so far.
The first thing i done was looked at a race very quickly and decided if worth even looking at any form some had no form so they where easy dismissed then some had little form so also easy to dissmiss.
Then 2yo and mainly 3yo races with only mostly last years form easy to dissmiss.
And very weiry of 3yo form with not enough form.

This if all honestly took you down to handicaps and better class races. So what have i learnt about these.
The first thing i learnt is the graded races are a lot more complicated to work out as there running all over the world now france germany saudi britain so just makes looking at form more a guessing game now what one was better race than what.
If being total honest even going by times at these tracks is guessing game as how fast was it really is impossible to guage agaisnt each other.

So now left with handicaps in general but there is so many classes so first thing i have noticed that the really poor races its easier for a trainer to get one ready as they are all poor and he or she knows what they have to beat even taking rest of field to there best ability you could have one well in but and this is a big but they can really wait all year for there decision to have a go and you would never really know looking at the form book so i have mainly guessed the poorer races are hidden touches you wount find often.

Now go to the other side where top handicaps like most races run on saturday tell you these are full of the best handicappers but what you find is because there at the top end they tend to run in the same races and the form book is very tight where one race it ha s beating of this horse other race that same horse has beating of it, so hard to actually get one poping out at you, yes you get odds to reflect this and some people think great betting races i think there so tight and results show to tight to be confident.

So this puts me in the middle categories of the handicaps where now you have the better horses who arent cutting it any more, with the middle class horses who belong here and also the poor horses who have creeped out of lower races but mainly are outlclassed or improving for what ever reason.
This is where you find horses who show form that can win these races and you just need let them pop out as there wont be four or five a day which we would all love for the buzz but you might find one maybe two on certain days worth a bet.
So what i have tried to do is content myself on these lesser bets and maybe have football coupen on later just to mix the day up and there is no doubt patience and mentality are key.

But if your like me and just got bored sticking money on for sake of it on a lot of races then taking time out to think and relise every day i still look at indivdual races just before of and watch them and think this is what i would have bet in my betting most races every day.
It is incredible the money you save and you confirm the reason why it was no betting race most are so simple to see and some time you actually notice things with ones you where close to including yet didnt and thinkgot it even more.

Well not maybe the races comfortable with PHS more races where the horses look like has they are clearly identified in there ability for the race.
And this make it easier to say i can look more closely at this horse thats the first guide you might have one..
Take tomorrow well actually today now as after midnight i would say the race that drew me to look closer is the 4 20 fakenham.

Parisienscore 0-7 off marks above 122
Frere Darmes 3-5 off marks 128 or less, 3-4 when Skelton rides. Off 129 has to be thereabouts.
Coastguard Station 0-7 beyond 16.5f, 0-10 in races better than Class 4. Interesting Henry Brooke rides though, as his brother saddles Fearless.
Pay The Piper, 2-4 off marks 129-136, 0-11 with 11-10+ on his back and has never placed in three races at Kelso.
Fearless 0-17 off 112+
Guy 0-18 off marks 123+
Gold De Bois 2-14 off 116-127. 2-3 at Kelso on good ground. All three of his wins have come after a break of 30 days+. 0-24 when going off bigger than 4/1.
Bollingerandkrug is 4-5 in handicap chases off marks 121 or less. He is 0-9 when going off bigger than 8/1.
Duty Calls 0-6 off marks higher than 100.
A Wave of the Sea 2-12 off marks 142 or less, is 0-8 when carrying 11-5+

For me the disappointing Frere Darmes looks to have the best chance at the weights despite being 1lb higher than his highest winning mark. All four of his wins have come in races with prize money 12k or less, 4-7. It is the first time he has run in a 0-130 since November 2022.
Gold De Bois loves Kelso and can run well at a price.
