Another nice day. Very nicely up for August so far (4/10 +10.91). Nibras Gold was shorter than I'd hoped this morning - I'm generally only selecting qualifiers at 2/1 or bigger now - but nevermind.

Good luck greyabbey newcomer - results looking up lately so hope for a few more today.
 
Cheers T TonCon. A few too many around the 2/1-3/1 mark today that I personally can't back with any regularity in handicaps. But it's interesting to see how it develops. I reckon the biggest days in numbers will be around now to September when 3yo+ races become the norm and horses are still potentially improving then settle in November/December as lots of them stop improving (on my metric). Then it ends on January 1st and I wait again until summer!
 
Down yesterday by 4 or 5 points (now -8.87) but a forecast at Brighton and one beaten by a nose. I'll post today's in a bit.

Small loss today with two winners at 5.99 and 6.2. I'm edging away from including the qualifiers around 5/2 and go a bit higher.
