K kralken the beauty of hrb is that you can adapt it to your way of thinking.

Personally I approach it a bit arse about face to some others here in that I prefer to come up with ideas, think them through and then see where they take me.

Others take a different approach in that they use hrb right from the start to make things fit together for optimum efficiency.

Basically it's just a tool, but a blooming good one - all you need to input is a good idea and it will help you reap the benefits - the link posted by Chesham demonstrates that perfectly.

I can't say I've got my head round it all yet, but, it looks to that those Average Win Odds are very good (high).

My guess would be that not many favourites were involved.

Hi S Sandhog Those are not Average Win Odds.
They are the highest prices of that systems runners for each year - not necessarily the price of the winners - the P/L shows this.

I am glad you said 'This is what I have found so far' because, if you don't mind me saying so, that looks far to loose. You will unlikely have the bank balance to sustain the losing runs K kralken I could be wrong though

I'm afraid I'm too thick to understand that. I thought it meant a total of all the winning odds divided by the number of winners, so I got that bit wrong.

retriever win odds up to 17 on bf its P/L over the past year is just over 32 pts there are 5 rules to the system. basically i have taken the profitable stats .

So are you looking to do something more than using just the info from HRB as you mention rpr?

Yes my system has nothing to do with Hrb its my own Handicap to do with last rpr and todays OR with lengths beaten from LTO

Is it just that you need to do some calculations on info you already have on a sheet that you want help with?

This is the sheet take away sum for Adj rpr and add for total

So lets assume that column C has your RPR and column D has the distance beaten.
in column e type =C1-D1 ( where the number 1 indicates the row) this will give you the adjusted RPR

Does that make sense?
