I did have a lot of what I do automated but the rp site changed so now I'm pen and paper. My time is limited, like yourself, so usually it's 1 race a day. It's probably good it's 1 for the reason you outlined

Do you have race type/ course selection guide line or is it just any old race

markfinn, I look for the best penalty prize handicap with least runners though I tend to skip if there are 5 or less runners. Then I'll try to give myself the most time. Generally though once those constraints are satisfied it's any old race.

Good luck - is this respect we are completely different as rate the whole field dont ever look at the market until I know what I want to back - can be bugger as often the work goes unused and odds prevent a low - but have learnt not to shake the system to much - that is the problem with dutching, the reduced take out when the odds are low
