As for execution all the above would be automated, the calc's and the bet execution. Of course one could test it with odds an hour before racing which allows for a manual approach. More info here

A clever chap like you could easily host a simple website on an inexpensive server (they even do free SSL/HTTPS nowadays).
Or, if you didn't want to do that, pay to go ad-free. I can't imagine it's expensive.
You're promoting a product you think will make your clients money. How do you think it looks if the promoter can't afford to pay a few quid for its promotion?
