tomorrows goliath ..tomorrows lays!

yea definate value laying his and mullins and poss some of nicholls might have found a couple of angles might be worth looking into il post them later tonight

thanks mate

how about this using favs overnight drifting to 2nd favs morning eps

expanded a little for 2 and 3yr olds as markets tells alot in these unexposed/improving/not ready today types - 6/4 or less overnight then 6/4 and bigger a.m

small but steady lay returns no huge liability by looks of it

This looks spot on and it also works on the flat

Just a few tweaks but you dont actually need the age restriction in the race

Cheers runnerjp runnerjp any input from you guys is great appreciate it

only added 2/3 yr olds as seems the market speaks more for these types than more exposed types that was the reasoning, possibly include certain yards or would that be too much filtering?

cheers

Using the same theory that when a horse is fcast favs but go off second meaning anouther horse was fancied.

it was actually profitable just to lay BUT looking at the tracks there are some like the above that show a very high profit along with a high chi.

Can break at down further but a good start

just going back to that i think youd need selections that werent liable to change unless you wanted to sit on the exchange all day monitoring 2nd favs on the off

why certain tracks only thing is maybe certain trainers have more runners there that when have favs that drift get beat

would the high chi make it reliable so you wouldnt need to question the logic behind it

I automate everything on BF :)

Need to get onto them about the account closure - seen it alot and most get it reopened

Lads was sitting working today and saw same jockey give a poor ride on the aw ..in my opinion

so got thinking of aw jocks who may struggle from poor draws as missing break getting caught wide the whole race etc and came up with this, possibly could be tinkered with, any thoughts lads.

without the AW and wide draw filters
20 pc AW
23 pc all codes no wide draw
8 pc aw wide draws so may be something in it

doyle frankie and crowley in 30 pc in same filter so anything under 6s am ep lay it!

I cant believe you added that as I am also looking at something VERY similar with Jockeys.

I was reading an article around how the adv punter will look at a jockey on a low priced horse and back it - just for fact its a good jockey on a "fav" type horse.

Inturn this pushes the price down and makes a good lay opp.

Ricard Johnson in Non Handicap races where 2nd fav is not one to be backing :)
