I walk /run 4 miles most days but I couldn't be getting up at 5 am !!I’m getting up around 5.20 every morning T TonCon. I’m a postmen. My day starts at 7.00 but I’m going to the gym before work.
Today I’m doing Chinise delivery as well. Hope it is going to be quiet as I want to look at more tennis as at the moment I don’t understand it at all. All my bets turning in to dust so far

When I was off to Isles of Scilly last week I was up by 5.30am and went for a swim every morning !!! Bloody freezing but great way to start a day
