Both teams will benefit from the Arsenal match going the right way and will set the tempo for Monday nightTottenham vs Leeds next week. Looks very interesting.

Totally agree, mate.So Leeds are safe, but will have a big say on whom will get relegated. Leeds owe Spurs for getting us relegated a couple of years ago, so karma may have a say in tonights result.
Also, Spurs scraped past a poor Wolves side and a depleted Aston Villa side, Leeds will be a different test tonight. A few players will also want to lay a late claim for a World Cup call up on Friday 22nd May.
On the numbers, the form favours Leeds, but the live odds odds take into account a must win game for Spurs. This creates value in my eyes. (Draw/Leeds)

You forgot to mention as a football club Tottenham Hotspur lack investment and therefore the best football team has been produced. Also, Spurs scraped past a poor Wolves side and a depleted Aston Villa side,
Ever since his time as Bournemouth manager, I have always thought that Eddie Howe would be the perfect fit for Leeds. That’s a fair assessment, Leodis. I wouldn’t want to endure another season of Farke ball which has often been a tedious watch. It would be interesting to see if/when he’s being replaced and by whom. It would also be indicative of if the owners are wanting to give us a successful football team or pursue a purely profit making venture. I’m still not convinced by the 49ers and their motives.
Can't say for sure on who/what gave him the kick up the arse. However, I can imagine that, with the live stats available pitch-side, nowadays, something might have clicked with him.I wonder what made Farke change the Leeds playing style/formation when they were set to play Man City/Chelsea/Liverpool? Leeds looked like a totally different team from then on.
The reason I ask (apart from a hail mary to save his job), was there some other influence in the coaching staff or team that made him change his approach. If so, if they trade well and bring in some reinforcements, holding on to him might work out okay especially with the plan to upgrade the stadium capacity.

I wonder if clubs are using A.I. yet for tactical 'nudges'.
The club gave him 100 - 150 million this season, which would get 5 or 6 decent players at £20 million a pop. We don't want a manager that would spend the lot on two players, that's where financial problems start. I don't think Farke is that type, though, and good on him. Unless the club are dramatically reducing the budget next season then he shouldn't have anything to complain about in that department. However, if they are going to continue the ' just stay up' theme then their luck will probably run out and we will no doubt end up with any old manager who's not fit for purpose.Interesting take from Farke's pre Brighton comments. Read into it what you will.
I think he has a problem with the Thrifty9ers transfer spending policy.
Leeds United boss Daniel Farke spoke about how he feels the goals he set when he first joined the club three years ago have now been achieved when asked about his future:
"Once I signed the contract three years ago, we spoke about the goals, what we want to achieve. I have to say, my mission is fulfilled and my job is done here, there is nothing to add anymore," Farke said.
"All the boxes that we wanted to tick, are ticked.
"It is important that we are all on the same page and we will have to speak about new goals.
"To do the same again next year and just aim to stay up makes no sense to me.
"I have to be 100% convinced."

I wonder if Farke fancies the West Ham job if they get relegated
? Well if that is the case better pack his stuff up - however surely a new contract would have to based on different ambitions from both sides. I know a CEO of a club and he thinks “Red Bull” would expect far more and they have both the money inter club connections required in this modern day - perhaps more focus on the ownership might prove clues as to ambition - personally I don’t think the new stadium is sufficiently ambitious for a “Big” club, but more qualified people than me obviously think it is,"All the boxes that we wanted to tick, are ticked.
