US did just about everything wrong when winning at Ling in a fast time.

DI kept on strongly over C&D last time. Draw is a neg but must have a ch if reproducing that form.

AM won a strong Nby novice last year and looked on the way back at Che last time, wears blinkers here. Stablemate ( I backed last time) has been smashed overnight creating uncertainty. Hughes import was Fav, now a massive drifter, so looks a big price on French form.

Added another set substituting 16:55 Yorkshire Lady for Al Madhar (otherwise it gets too expensive).
She won well last time on Good to Soft and has form on Heavy. Neg is up 7lb and appr loses 2lb of claim. She won with a bit in hand last time though I thought. Thought about going ew but didn't, so will be interesting if any place.

Just a few pence ew as 9/1 123 and 1/4 odds looked generous to me, then they went 9.5/1 as I placed my bet. Never ran here but could go well with the longish straight.

Edit: Added Spy Chief 12.5 2nd in the Jersey, already back to 11.

Ran terrible. KG was travelling well out the back until the wheels started spinning 2f out. Spy Chief was up with the pace and went 4.3 IR but soon back-pedalled. I'd wonder about watered ground but the winner came from about the same place as KG and had no problem with the ground.
