Hi Everybody,
Recently I have been trialling a few Roulette and Baccarat systems and ideas. I want to bet to small stakes, so for Baccarat I have been playing at a table where I can use 10p stakes. This table uses RNG technology, as does every game that is not "live" in just about every casino on line.
This has led to an interesting debate with a friend of mine, who loathes RNG's and doesn't trust them an inch!LOL
So, I have done a bit of research, and I have found some interesting thing's.
It seems to be universally accepted that the software used for RNG's is fair, and cannot be fixed by the operator in any way. However, I then come across something called RTP....Return To Player.....this allows the operator to manipulate the amount of return to players to ensure they make a profit.
My question is this.......If the operator cannot influence the way in which the RNG works, and every spin, deal etc is totally random, how is it possible for them to manipulate the RTP....it simply doesn't make sense to me?? Any idea's anyone?
Does anyone else play RNG's, and if so what do you think of them, Anyone making regular profits playing them?
I even came across this on a well known Bookmakers website.......
"Note: All games guarantee a profit to us by offering odds or returns on outcomes less than the actual probability."
I was stunned! They are actually telling you that they are rigging the games in their favour, and that they are guaranteed a profit...Unbelievable!!
I would be very interested to hear what people think about RNG's and how they are operated by Bookmakers/Casino's.
All the very best of luck to you all,
Cheers,
Gordon
