Racing Post Stats issue

Has anyone noticed a delay with the stats not updating until later in the morning for jockey/trainer combinations?

Yesterday William Buick was 245 winners from 739 runners for a profit of +£51.57 when riding for Charlie Appleby over the last 5 years.

One runner for the combination yesterday and yet this morning the stats remain the same.

Would someone be so kind as to check to see if our figures are the same as so far the Racing Post team are denying there is a problem.

It's just a case of when they update their server, it's not automatic, you can wait several days for the Racing Post Ratings to appear.

Yes, the RPR can take several days which is understandable but I'm assured that there is no delay in updating the jockey, trainer, owner stats.
Apart from the jockey/trainer combinations, all other related stats are updated.
The Racing Post are insisting that the issue lies with me either not clearing my cache or clicking F5 to refresh, neither of which make any difference.
