Prospective horse racing system?

Morning everyone. A bit of advice here please. The following factors are supposedy pointers to whittling down the number of runners in a race to pinpoint the winner. Does anyone know how I can test the rules against a database to determine its accuracy and to see if it is a feasible system? Thank you in advance.
1) Last three form figures total <7 or better still <5
2) First three in the betting forecast
3) Forecast SP <7/2
4) Distance winner
5) Winner on the forecast going

NH, flat turf, AW, number of runners etc will have an influence on results.
Strike rate v profit is something you need to consider.
