It is absolutely ages since my last post and I believe the site was then under a different name - content now to read...
however does anyone know of where I may obtain a copy of this method - originally published by 'Sportsworld Publishing' (yeah, I know) in the late 80's early 90's I believe. I am willing to pay - though nothing ridiculous - and any help appreciated.
