Eventually i have come down in favour of CHELSEA +12 @ 12/1
A little bit hit and miss last season but were still only 15 points behind Liverpool at the end, one or two decent signings should add that bit more to their squad and imo they have the best player in the league in Cole Palmer.
Off this +12 mark you might think they would need to finish in the top three with a total points score of something close to 80 but in my opinion this will come down to the results between the top 4 and it is perfectly possible they might unravel each other and let one of the lower rated clubs through, that's part and parcel of the challenge with handicap betting.
I've spent a few hours looking through the possibilities and in all honesty you can find fault with just as many as you fancy to do well, a bit obvious really.
