Agree with her on a lot of things, but as a son of Warrington and a 20 year old lad in the town centre out to start a day of drinking and betting I was there when the IRA bombed the town and killed two young lads, Fox was a member of some communist revolutionary party at the time and her comments and defence of the IRA‘s actions were sub wonderful imo.
My dad was Irish and whatever the rights and wrongs politically bombing kids up their town on a Saturday afternoon was not something to be defended.

That's news to me O Outlander and after a bit of research it is clear that her views then were disgusting and the memory of that little boy Jonathon Ball still haunts me to this day, apparently her views have changed with experience but maybe there are certain issues where it's simply not possible to climb back.
 
Don’t know where all members live but I can see societal breakdown every day happening around here - while Burnham and co are busy postulating about what might happen after 2030 and of course £1 bus fares and the Growth of Manc’chesterism , which by the way is in large part based on giving away large tracts of local authority land to foreign investors and foreign building contractors , so that they can sell apartments to foreigners who will never inhabit them , they want to nip down ( in their chauffeured driven security escorted Range Rovers) to reality town - where kids and lunatic drivers are racing around throwing gas canisters and balloons from racing vehicles - where cars reeking of Cannabis pass you every day - where fist fights break out daily in the local bus station between brain addled gang members with disbelieving pensioners gazing on is becoming the norm - a town where the banks and post offices are closed leaving every day vulnerable folk wondering where its safe to use cash withdrawal machines in broad light- where you rarely see a real foot patrolling policeman - a town where you see daily the drug pushers on their electric bikes with black uniforms and balaclavas especially around the time the comprehensives finish for the afternoon - on and on year after year just getting worse and worse - high streets dominated with barber shops , vape shops , counterfeit goods shops - if I can see it why can’t they see it.

Whichever side of the argument one is on, surely it must be obvious to all that re-opening EU membership as an issue this generation would hog the political stage to the detriment of everything else and resolve nothing. A reversal of the EU referendum, after a divisive period leading up to another referendum, would simply set the stage for more years of a second Brexit campaign. I thought Starmer was unimpressive, but at least he didn't plan to open that can of worms.
