My football bets 2015/16

Can't comprehend why let the bet run as was.When it had potential to bank 4 figures (as you like to come home) without batting a eyelid.Every single sok in the eye a bookie takes,especially a big one (or not in your world)gives the rest of us inspiriation.Don't know what the lay was on BF.But hedging the draw for a ton was around 6/1 and west ham win early doors could be got at 17/1.That would have give you your minimum 4 figure reurn.

Hi, the reason is, say I put a one'er on the draw, and maybe a £50 on West Ham win, out of the £900 profit, £150 would have been coming straight out of that!

Like djb38 stated, please read post 26, but that aside, I don't understand the "without batting an eyelid" comment?

Or the "Or not in your world" & "as you like to come home" comments either come to think of it mate if you can please explain?
 
@Lucky Lucky Man , I've not got a problem explaining my comment. (as you like to come home) means you normally only play to bring in 4 figures.(without batting a eyelid) is only reference to your confidence in choice of and size of bet.And last but not least (or not in your world) means if the win ain't big enough it's all or nothing in your world.All i'm saying is the opportunity was there to make some decent dollars.Nothing is a given in the betting world.Even Barca get beat.
I'm told i've been a bit of a loose cannon on here.What i am is a straight talker.I've watched this thread from the start.Had my fingers crossed you would change your mind about laying/hedging the bet.
I've re-read the whole post including post 26 again.And to be quite frank i don't think i've ever read such contradictatory bollox in all my life.

Well Stetson, you certainly seem to have an issue with me, that's a shame! Definitely not feeling the love from you haha but where this is coming from only you know!!? Not sure what is contradictory in this thread, maybe you can explain that?

You say you are a straight talker, so I shall give it to you straight regarding your comments to me...
* I have never said I normally only play for four figures.
* I am confident in my own abilities.
* I am happy to win any money I can.

The fact is you seem vexed I didn't take your "Advice" and that I decided that I wasn't going to lay the bet as I was confident it would win. After-all, it was I that placed the bet, not yourself.

Will be doing a bet or two tonight, not massive as the first round of the Cup can be tricky, but most possibly on goals.
I am not sure if it will be a bet that might win me a nice four figures or not though, I shall decide this later on, maybe I'll leave myself a bit of room somewhere to lay it off as the bet unfolds, we shall see... ;)
