The software seems to be doing a great job of saving losses as 4/5 had no bet placed due to “strong favourites” thus saving the Bank £10.00 in losses.

2 matched in the 20:40 for another £1.52 profit and Bank up to £23.04
 
Certainly not a get rich quick scheme NigelRG NigelRG but at least a little profit to show is good - IF there is any consistency going forward then I will increase stake but not a while yet.

Plus I do have doubts that large bets would even get matched whihc could create all sorts of imbalance and issues
 
2 matched in the 20:10 yesterday but only 1 in the 20:40 so a loss of 98p and Bank now £52.06. There are only a couple of races that might qualify tonight but will re-check when I get home before confirming
 
Oops forgot to update from the last time - but in essence simply a bank preservation day as none matched - will be trying these today:

17:50 Bath
18:20 Bath
19:35 Dundalk

Nothing matched in the first 2. 2 orders placed in the last but only one matched at 1.46 so slight loss of £1.89 and bank falls back to £50.17
 
I am probably going to regret this but I am going to open this up to races other than handicap - reason being my original testing did not have the "protection" this software seems to give, so worth trying in a few more races and see what happens - so:

18:00 Dundalk
18:20 Windsor
19:00 Dundalk
19:30 Dundalk
19:50 Windsor
20:00 Dundalk
20:30 Dundalk

Fingers crossed
 
Slightly frustrating day as not for the first time had 2 x place but only 1 match in the 19:00 Dundalk, and only got one matched in 3 others leading to an overall down day of £6.16 and Bank falls to £41.51.

Oh well keep on trucking - sh*t or bust - probably bust lol

Nowhere near Ferdy Ferdy and if I am having trouble getting matched bets on £4.10 stakes then I would guess there would be not much chance at £100 - or worse still partial matches at different levels on 2 horses or more which could really mess things up - still being a stubborn old git I will keep going for now :)
 
One matched in the 18:00 and 20:00 but 2 matched in the 20:30 and 21:00 for an overall profit of 0.52p (wont spend it all at once) - but at least Bank goes up a bit for a change to £42.03
