Without going too deep, but you don't seem to have many selections.
Just me, but I would think if your laying at "big odds" you would have to be laying lots and lots of horses to offset the loser (which will happen)
Money can be made at this end of the market and many people ignore this, thinking there will be a 100/1 winner soon, yes of course there will, but the trick is to have 500 pts already put away.

I agree with everything you say.
Obviously I would never lay at some of these prices :? but I wanted to show that whilst you can get some very imressive figures from derived systems they do not always tell the complete story, ie show the dramatic downswings that can occur on the way to end figure profits. By including a max odds figure the 'system' will still show a profit but the number of bets are reduced further. Its a bit of fun really that also allows me test HRB v4 selection alerts.

I try to make a few bob out of this game, and your 100% right it should be a bit of fun, because very few people can make a living out of backing/laying horses.
That said I think V4 still needs a lot of work- I have systems stored in v4 and when you check back on last weeks selections they are different to what they were on the day, at the same time HRB is a great weapon to have.
You must have some "tight" criteria to be giving such few selections?
 
Thanks for the heads up for the v4 issues, I will have to have a look once a week to see what differences show up.
