Proform DTR

Proform have recently posted a sytem called DTR (Double Top Rated), which is based on their top rated horses for both their power ratings and speed rating (LTO) when ranked 1st for both.

Based on these I'll post those selections which were only 1st or 2nd last time out.

An additional proviso for this system is that the available price should exceed 9/1.

Criteria -
Proform power rating rank - 1st
Proform speed rating rank (LTO) - 1st
LTO position - 1st or 2nd
Price stipulation of 10/1 or bigger.


Pros -

The extra criteria will reduce the number of selections drastically.

Cons -

Very few selections, around 50+ per year.
Long losing runs due to price.
Non runners may generate new qualifiers after posting.


NB - testing only @ 1pt for qualifiers above 9/1

Yesterday produced 1 qualifier. At the time of posting, 10/1 and 11/1 were available making Barton Knoll a qualifier.

For today, a look at the available prices indicate there will unlikely be qualifiers.

Yesterday saw the 2nd qualifier with Fairy Pol (lost). Today sees qualifier no. 3 in Elysian Prince at around 12/1.

Yesterday saw Panis Angelicus also qualify when drifting out passed 10/1.

To date - 4 qualifiers from 44 possible selections with no winners.

NB - The SR for this is around 7%, which means long losing runs.




Todays potentials has thrown up Man Look as a Qualifier.

Yesterday's qualifier was a loser, if actually betting to 1pt level stakes then the results to date would be -5pts.

Todays potentials will unlikely throw up a bet, unless any drift out massively.
