HorseRaceBase has an live odds tracker. It also has an odds watch feature where you can see how certain changes in the past have done etc.

Hi guy's firstly thank you for the helpful replies. I'm just looking something which can highlight steamers and drifters more so on the football. For example say I picked a game due to be played in the champions league for next week I would like something I could look at and get a feel for where the money is being placed etc.

You have made your post in Horse Racing Chat, which is probably why the replies focused on horse racing.
retriever suggested oddscheker which works for football just as good as it does for horses. Simply select the match you are interested in and click on one of the clubs to see its historical odds.
