I've been betting for decades and I can honestly state that I have never doubled my money every day of any year. Far from it.
A failure, I guess, but, there ain't no big business that has done that consistently for more than five years, in my opinion.
There are folk who get near it for a while, I believe.
I met a chap who was said to have bought his first car ( Morris Minor) from a winning greyhound at Perry Barr.
He denied it, but, maybe that was because he and his mates owned the dog, and, the winning result might have been a bit on the dubious side.
