Current UK Flat/AW Standard Times. All UK courses, distances and surfaces

Hi all,
I'm building my own UK Flat/AW speed and time-rating spreadsheet for personal use and I'm trying to put together an up-to-date set of standard times by course and distance.
I've seen the excellent discussions here about RP/Topspeed standard times and noticed that some members maintain their own updated standard-time sheets.
Would anyone be willing to share a current Flat/AW standard-times spreadsheet, or help me verify the current figures?
I'm particularly interested in:
Course | Surface | Distance | Standard Time
I'm happy to enter everything manually into my own spreadsheet if necessary, so even a PDF/table I can work from would be extremely helpful.

If you are looking for members own standard times davejb davejb posted up a full list on the open forum that we’re very good, I still refer back to them along with the RP standards TheBluesBrother TheBluesBrother posted up to check my own work. Standard Times

I know AustinDillon75 AustinDillon75 has posted excellent standard times lists as well on the forum but can’t find them.

of course everyone’s times are different, I have really old sets somewhere on my computer from the defunct newspaper The Sportman compiled by Simon Rowlands and also a full set from Nick Mordin, but they are very old and would have to hunt for them.
