You can on the Exchange but the odds are around 1.73 for the lay, so not worth laying. Probably value in letting it run at Evens though.

Exactly the same mick mick ive been invited to a big casino in London, posh free meal and spent all night in there having a drink and didn’t spend a penny gambling, people think I’m mad because I spend all day betting but if someone talks about going to Vegas I tell them I don’t like gambling and would rather go anywhere else in the world .
My wife and my Son when we go to the seaside and they want to go in the arcade and play the push 2p machine , I watch them and don’t spoils their fun but I wont play myself and when I see them just feeding the 2ps in and see how it’s rigged against them and how they have to go back foe another £1 worth of 2ps every few minutes I just look at them and wonder what possible enjoyment can this provide and my hearts sinks a little.

gotcha, so you are playing both sides for guaranteed profits.
Thats one of my weaknesses, I cant play two in the same market knowing that one of my bets will not win .. even if it means profit .. its some kind of phobia that I have ... lol.
 
The boosts from long odds on to EVENS are great but the buying money part is you have to be able to cover the bet with the opposite outcome for a guaranteed profit, although all the boosts posted are great & seem like certs they don't fit the required criteria

Me & 5 friends went to Vegas for 8 days in November we all had free rooms including no resort fees, had between us over $3000 resort credit & over $1500 in freeplay. I went to see Santana in concert which was comped for me in 8 days there I spent less than £800 considering drinks cost a minimum $10 & I managed to get drunk every day I think I had a cheap holiday

do you ever bet e/w because if the bet wins you'd moan because you've wasted the place part & if it places you've wasted the win part 😉

I look at each way bets similar to "cover" or "insure" bets, if it does not win, it gives me money back if it runs well and places.
I tend not to do each way for the place money, i would bet place only instead if I was leaning that way.
95% of my personal bets are win only though.
markfinn markfinn almost persuaded me to have multiple in the same race at one point in not too distant past, its on my list of things to try.

I am glad you enjoyed and recall my anti gambling Mum doing same Re the Sea side penny slots. Even with horse racing when arguably effort and discipline can provide an edge imo there are no experts we are all learners with some being prepared to do so for longer.

I am never derogatory when speaking of what are now called Recreational Punters ( great PR by the Bookmakers although i suspect that behind closed doors they still use Mug ) because we all started out as such, but my one exception is when this type of backer then complains to anyone who will listen because he has had to pay dearly for said fun. It is also noticeable that they tend to blame anyone or thing other than themselves.

Sorry Its late I've only just got in from work Wilhills have 1 goal to be scored in Villa v Arsenal match @evens(epic odds) Bet 365 have under 0.5 goals @ 10/1 minimum 8 point profit if you back both

You always have to be careful with W/Hill's wording.
The bet is 'Over 1 goal to be scored' = which means 2 ( or more ) goals.

I let mine ride - didn't both with a counter arb.

I also backed over 3.5 goals @ 2/1 with the 'expected' £10 - so here's hoping!! ( now 2-1 ).

Well good luck with this because many of the current day big Bookmakers "explain" there T&Cs hoping they will be misunderstood pre bet. They also frequently change them without drawing customers attention to this ( until its to late ).

No once retriever retriever pointed out the actual wording it was my own stupid fault, but I have fallen foul of small print & T&C's in the past, Paddy Power seem to be the main culprits
