Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on betting corners. If someone can give me some info on what kind of squad lineup in games produce a lot of corners and also any other stats? Thanks!
 
Or maybe teams who are attacking minded. Games in which two sides play attacking football can result to many corners
 
You should look at Adamchoi.co.uk .
It gives the corners of both teams in their league games as well as other stats for cards , goals , btts etc.
They concentrate on the top league's in a select number of countries.

Also Thestatsdontlie.com is a great site for giving the average number of corners achieved at home and away .

Total corners.com is also a must as it gives the corners for each team in all games but have the most comprehensive list of league's from all over the world .

One betting opportunity I like I'd finding teams at the bottom of their league but have good corner totals , Adamchoi is a good way to find these .
 
I have found the best way to do it is :

1. Bet in-play
2. Look for stronger team that goes a goal down .. then bet on that team in a race to "x" number of corners.
3. Goals stop the flow of corners. The team leading will generally play more defensive and the flow of goals will slow down or reverse.

I like 4 team corner doubles with odds no worse than 2/5.
If these come in your getting at least an even money return .

Lately been trying some handicap single bets which are proving profitable (SO FAR!!!)

Total match corners can also be worth a look at .

One bit of advice I would give is to stick to a handful of league's .
Brazil A + B , Norway Eliteserien and Div1 , Sweden Alvenskan and Superetten are my go to league's until the major league's kick off .
 
Using adamchoi.com I have bet on Coritiba to get 4+ away to Internacional early on Saturday morning.....01:30

Reason - Internacional , 4th in league table , have conceded on average 5.17 corners at home while Coritiba , who sit in 15th place , have an away average of 5.50 .
Coritiba sit 6th in the average away corners table.

Imho the 5/6 on Coritiba to get at least 4 is a decent bet.......famous last words 😄😄
 
9 corners to Coritiba .....👍 .....while to odds on fav managed 1.
Inter were 3-0 up by half time , Coritiba had incentive to go forward and attack ...therefore we had corners.

A perfect example of looking at things from a different angle.

Anyone else have a view or strategy of betting on corners. ??

I adapted this spreadsheet from one of US spreadsheets to a corners bet this is UK Premier League last season 2021-22,if you intend using it just remember some of the columns a... over t.., it can be updated for the coming season and adapted for any league bit of excel and solver not much.enjoy ,it works

Here's another example of using Total corners and Thestatsdontlie to try and identify a potential winning bet.

Tuesday -Sweden - Superettan
Norrby v Ostersund

Using Thestats we see that , even though Norrby are 13th in the table , they are currently top of the home corners table with an average number of corners of 9.20 from 5 home matches.

TotalCorners show us they achieved just 3 last time but before that they managed 12 , 15 , 9 and 7.
The 3 came against the current 3rd placed while the others came against those in 16th , 11th and 8th.

Ostersunds have conceded an average of 5.33 in 6 aways.
They are currently 15th in the league and have have away 5,7,7,5 corners in their last 4 aways.

Based on the home side's record against sides near them in the league I'm taking 8+ @ 2.25 (5/4) but wouldn't put anyone off taking the 8/11 for 7
 
I fancy Independient Del Valle to rack up quite a few corners tonight in a Copa Sudamerica tie ...23:15 kick off.

A major plus for the home side is that they play in Quito (Ecuador) the 2nd highest capital in the world while Lanus are based by the coast in Buenos Aires.
If anyone who doesn't know there's a big advantage for those who play at altitude in most home games .

So far , IDV have had 13 , 9 , 9 , 6 (reduced to 10 men after 58 mins ) and 10 corners in their last 5 homes in the Copa.
4 of those games were against Brazilian opposition .

Lanus have conceded 8 , 7 and 6 corners in their last 3 in the Copa .

I'm their league games this season IDV are top of the average corners table with 8.14 , having played 1 game less than most of the other sides in the league .

Sky bet have IDV @ 2.75 for 8+
Also had a smaller bet on 9+ @ 4.0

So with Wuhan 4-0 up after 60 mins the chance of 6+ disappeared ...😠😠

Sarpsborg were down to 10 men after 40 mins..😠😠 , there's nothing as soul destroying as a red card for your side esp in the 1st half .😠😠
 
Cup games are not usually my preference but.....

Athletic Goianiense managed no less than 17 in the reverse fixture at home to Goias

They won 8 corners in the away fixture to Cuiaba in the last round and I think 7+ @ 5/4 is worth an interest.
