Betfair live horse racing not working

Has anyone else had problems viewing live horse racing on Betfair? Spoke to Betfair about it today and they just blamed the third party. Does anyone know how to fix this or who the third party is. Seems to work fi

Hi M maggsy - the "3rd party" is just the two main broadcasters 1) SKY through ATR & 2) RTV and their "supposed" to be without the delay that is shown live on their own 2 streams (for in-race accidents) with low latency - been a while since I've spent any time on Betfair but was part of my life for a long time, in my experience the feed through Betfair worked mostly perfect when it was an RTV track, but had issues with buffering and freezing etc during the SKY/ATR tracks .....don't know if that was what you were intending on writing as your last sentence is unfinished, but i'd also heard that other peeps had similar issues, if so then here's a wee tip, there should be a small latency "icon" whenever ATR pictures are on the viewer - it has 3 settings and will be pre-set at the middle setting, can't remember if you go up one or down one but you can have a play about with it, that certainly improved my "ATR" track feed on BF - also note that you cannot change the latency icon once the race has started so you need to tune in a few minutes before the race off. Good thing is that once changed it stays on that setting forever.
