Bet365 just self-excluded me?

Hi all. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I’m new here :)

I just logged into bet365 and it says my account has been permanently self-excluded. I have no idea why as I don’t spend that much at all. I’ve not deposited for probably a few years and had over £400 in my account. I usually spend around £5 per week and occasionally have a go at the fantasy competitions.

Also it says the only thing I can do is withdraw money but it says I have £0 in my account.. despite knowing I had over £400 in there?

I’m gonna do a live chat with them but don’t have time right now. I’ve not even had any emails or anything? Thanks for any help
 
They excluded me for 6 months because I put a bit extra in mine, and they didn't like my answers to be a pro gambler as I was only using a bank account only for betting.
Also waiting for William Hill to ok my account with them which is taking a while.
So don't like bookies.
 
If you self excluded with any on-line entity, including the casinos, exchanges, etc.. they have a way of sharing this information with each other. If that's what happened, then they are only protecting themselves from a potential million pound+ fine.

If you've never self-excluded from anything, ever, they may have your name mixed up with somebody else.

Can't explain the £400. If they classed it as a dormant account (not used for 12 months) then they start reducing the balance.
