…. What a good price this turned out to be at 1.50 and looking good on paper. This Spanish match turned out really well when the home side took the lead after 12 minutes and went the full distance looking totally untroubled. The score ended 4-2 so full credit for Athletico Bilbao for a spirited performance. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £501.35. We move on to Sunday where the new selection is highlighted above. ;)

…. Another responsive result this time from the MLS when the selection weighed in with a 2-1 victory. The home side took an early lead in the 17th minute only to be pegged back 6 minutes later by a determined away side. However the home lads picked themselves up and scored what proved to be the winner in the 49th minute and it was all over. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £506.35. We move on to Monday and the new selection is highlighted below. ;)

…. a slim1-0 win but nevertheless.a very welcome one when the home side got over the line by 1-0. They had much the better of the play but obviously could not find their way to the net too much. The only goal came in the 59th minute and although the visitors upped a gear they were met by a resolute home defence. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £511.35. We move on to Tuesday and the new selection is highlighted above. ;)

...... a disappointing result when Millonarios could not manage to overcome the threat from O'Higgins and ended up losing 1-2. The visitors got off to a great start and were two up inside 38 minutes before the home side managed to reply on 54 minutes. I thought that there was enough in the tank for the home side to win this encounter, but obviously the visitors were much better than we thought. So we lose £8.00 and the new total becomes £503.35. We move on to Thursday and the new selection is highlighted below. ;)

…. A winning visit in this one when the home side registered a nice 3-1 victory. The visitors took the lead with an own goal but five minutes later and in a space of only four minutes the home side slotted in three goals in reply and that signalled the end as far as the visitors were involved. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £508.35. We await the Cerritos Porteno result but move on to Friday where the new selection is highlighted below. ;)
