..... a real fruitful visit to Italy as the selection thrashed Mantova by 5-0. Not that it was one sided from a playing point of view as the visitors initially gave a reasonable performance. The home side were two up inside 12 minutes and another three goals followed in the second half. Mantova fell away as time progressed and although they tried, they could not penetrate a resolute home defence. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £544.48. We await the Brazil result later tonight but move on to Sunday where the new selection is highlighted. ;)

….. two matches to report here and both were draws unfortunately. Fluminense 2-2 and Allianz’s 1-1 so back to back losses here which is not what we are looking for. So we lose £16.85 to make the new total £527.63. We move on to Monday and the new selection is highlighted below.;)

….. picked a heap of rubbish here alright as the home side got slammed 1-4.Dynamos had only won one match in four away from home and scored six goals in the process and yet they score 4 in one go at a team who had scored 13 in four home outings. Makes no sense. So we lose£6.76 and the new total becomes £520.87. We move on to Tuesday and the new selection is highlighted below. ;)

… the whistle has just gone and we have another slim win 2-1. Looked a harder game than anticipated. The home side took the lead early on but the visitors levelled just after half time. What proved to be the winner arrived in the 69th minute leaving the home side with all three points. We bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £525.87. …. Two results to report and not good news. Villarreal lost 3-2 and St. Gilloise won 3-1 but unfortunately in extra time so we are down in both. So we lose £13.17 in a poor current run. The total becomes £512.70. Looking for a much better run. So we move on to Friday and the new selection is highlighted above.
