...... another win in Brazil territory as the home side carved out a 2-1 victory to keep our mini run going. Looked to be no easy affair for the home lads and after going ahead in 21 minutes the opposition levelled before half time. The visitors pressed hard but eventually the home side slotted in the winner in the 5th minute of added time to give us another welcome victory. ...... looks like another of those games where the home side threw everything but the kitchen sink at the opposition and had little to show for it. They did however get over the line with a 86th minute goal to record a 1-0 victory and although slender, it did keep our current run on track and running. ...... another disappointing result from America when our selection lost 0-1 with no help of a sending off for the home side in the first half. Therefore played with ten men for the rest of the match with play very much restricted due to this major upset. Another match where we grit our teeth and march on. ...... what a belter of a game this turned out to be with the home side finally getting home by the odd goal in a seven goal thriller. Half time came with the score still even on 2-2. Then the home side got on top and added two further goals to lead 4-2 leaving the visitors to reduce the arrears prior to the final whistle and the final score 4-3 to send us all home happy. So the £5.00 was banked making the total £243.58. The new selection for Tuesday is already posted above. ;)

..... quite a successful visit to South Korea when the home side recorded a nice little 2-0 victory. Looked to be pretty straight forward and without any problems. Turned out well and nice when there are no Red cards etc to interfere with the run of play.So thankful when this goes the right way. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £248.58. ..... another pretty tight game this one played in the early part of this morning and it looked to be nip and tuck for a greater part of the play. The home side took an early lead in the 8th minute, courtesy of an own goal and although the away side pressed for long periods, there was no further goals and the score ended 1-0 and another welcome victory for us. ..... another happy visit to Brazil when our selection weighed in with a nice little 2-1 win to keep the run going. The home side looked good value for the win as the stats confirmed their superiority.It was all square after twenty minutes with a goal each to show for it. ...... beginning to look good with Brazil a very happy hunting ground indeed. Our selection just got home 1-0 but a win is a win after all and I for one am not going to complain! Not much in the way of stats around for this one but take it that there was little trouble and things were pretty straight forward.
