..... yes been a lengthy road since starting with Steve Davidsons APS. Went my own way after that as it was very much down to what odds or stats were entered into the system as to what was churned out, with little regard with what was going on in the way of performances. Did not like that as I had lttle control of what was going on when only governed by odds etc, so gave it up and ploughed my own burrow. Not done too badly either, been hit a little in recent days but have to take the rough with the smooth. All usually comes good in the end. ;)

...... not a happy return after the two day absence as it was one of those games which did not live up to expectations and the home side lost 0-1 after sheer dominance again. I keep saying this and it is very annoying to see a selection with so much superiority end up on the losing side. They even missed a penalty which would have equalized, but that too went begging. So we lose £8.12 and the new total becomes £215.43. We mve on to Thursday and the new selection is highlighted up above. ;)

..... missed yesterday with a heavy cold. This was always going to be a tough match to forecast with a Spanish Division Two play off. It ended 0-0 with the home side having the edge. and the better of the play. So no movement here with draw cover. So total stays the same £215.43. ...... this match turned out to be tighter than I though it might with the home side just edging it 3-2. Looked to be a right slog out for both teams with two penalties and a late sending off for the home side. Looked as if both sides gave as much as they took but as long as the result ended the way we anticipated who cares if it was tighter than expected. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £220.43. We move on to Sunday and the new selection is highlighted below. :(

...... this very late match played last night produced another tight affair but most importantly for us the home side got over the line 1-0 to record a nice victory. Things looked tight all the way through but the home side managed to pierce the visitors defence after 67 minutes and this was enough to finish off the proceedings. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £225.43. We move on to Tuesday after a blank day Monday and the new selection is highlighted below. ;)

..... just about saved by the bell when the home side slotted in the winner in the last minute of nine minutes added time to snatch victory by 3-2 to keep the run going. They looked to have the fair share of the stats but like a few games before them, they gave away silly goals and played a bit of catchup to get over the line. .....pleased I took my own advice and backed the draw as it ended 1-1 with another tight match which unfortunately never rose to the expectations indicated. So another as you were situation, nothing lost or gained so on to Thursday for hopefully some better results. ;)

a happy hunting ground once again in Brazil when the home side recorded a 2-0 win in the early hours of this morning. It looked a fairly even contest and not the dominance I thought might prevail for Cruzeiro. Looked a pretty tough affair but the home side stuck to their guns and ran out winners at the end of the day. So we bank the £5.00 and the new total becomes £235.43. We move on to Friday and the new selection is highlighted below.
