The basic membership is about as cheap as you can get for a powerful analysis tool which provides far more than the ability ratings. You could always buy a cheap calculator, work them out yourself and use the free racing post site, concentrating on the top two races of the day.

Its pushing the same cost as a timeform membership nowadays. I have been a member for a few years and have a lock-in price, but as a potential new member, i likely would balk at 25-35 per month to be fair.

I personally consider it fantastic value for money - it makes my selection process so much easier.

Hi nagwa HRB may seem to be expensive as a new subscriber, but there are so many angles that you can use it for.

With you being a VDW enthusiast perhaps see how you might put them to good use.

The King George is a race that VDW Mentioned

With HRB you pull up a Trend For that Race (There are hundreds of Trend Races ready to pull off the shelf)

one thing you want to check out with Races like the King George which is the common race that plenty of past winners come from.

10 past winners contested The Betfair Chase at Haydock






Now Apply the Ability Rating to those who contested the Betfair Chase and then go for The King George
