Well this thread is all about losers lately, given I'm not doing anything different to the selections that won I'll have to put my early success down to luck.

I was not long ago I was reading your pull-it-together-man thread and I thought that had great promise. I was particularly interested in the use of average OR which I never managed to get to work but it always seemed it should do

I'm sure that I was missing something simple when I looked at average OR

Tell me about it pete pete - I thought retirement out here would be relaxing !

Currently myself and Carol run a Spanish conversation group - we started out with half a dozen people - at our last meeting we had 19 people and 3 different nationalities, so it's getting to the stage where the bar reserves us a whole slab of tables and chairs.
I'm also the stand-in compere for the karaoke at a local bar , luckily that's not too often nowadays.

Luckily Carol knows how rubbish I am at DIY and technology, so I am limited to cooking and washing up etc + she won't even let me anywhere near the telly remote control .
