5/2 at Corals

Gelding
Corals are offering 5/2 today (28th Dec ) for Charlton to beat Wolves in the Championship (15:00 KO)

I have followed the Wolves all my life:oops: and this current team is defensively the worst team I have seen in the last 20 years.

Two days ago they won at home 1-0 against Reading which frankly was robbery with violence.

In the 2nd half Reading had 15 shots at goal to Wolves' 1 - and the wolves managed to keep a clean sheet due to a mixture of outrageous luck and Readings poor finishing.

In the previous 3 games the young Wolves defence had collapsed like a pack of cards ( generally around the 60 - 70 min mark ) and conceded goals for fun.

Due to the stupid transfer policy over the Summer there are no possible alternative players for Wolves to draft into central defence and I am convinced the mayhem will continue this afternoon.

Although Charlton are no great shakes I know some other Wolves supporters have already placed bets on Charlton (-2) at 20/1.

Nothing of course is guaranteed but 5/2 at Corals seems a great bet to me.

Think that spanking could be today against Brighton .I agree with everything you say about the wolves I'm a bit of a stat freak and the results show wolves are over performing at moment but unfortunately on Sat in Charlton they played a team that are even worse .Brighton are on a slight down curve but nothing as bad as the five games winless suggests so at 6/5 must be the bet and the betfred offer of 3/1 half time full time appeals to . For what it's worth the team who I think will provide a bit of value in coming weeks are Exeter they're playing a lot better than there results . Good luck to all in 2016

Hi Keegans head Keegans head - you could have a decent bet there, however after the game v Charlton I will be leaving betting for/against the Wolves forever ( as I had promised myself years ago )

I don't know a great deal ( other than league position ) about Brighton but if they have a decent amount of pace & movement upfront they will surely rip the Wolves defence to bits.

The two current centre backs are more suited to become boxers rather than footballers - however we have signed ( according to the grapevine) Mike Williamson from Newcastle- who although probably not good enough for the Prem was a revelation when he played 5 games on loan for us in early Dec.

So I expect our defence to tighten up soon, once MW is fit to play

To quote sir Alex .football bloody hell .. Brighton 19 shots but there's only one stat that matters . Having a didi hamann run at moment but should come good tomorrow after backing the opposite of his weekend best bet in racing post ha
