My spreadsheet for todays flat racing

Summary 2.45 Uttok

  • Top Contender: Kilta (IRE) has the highest rank and NN score but is prone to making many mistakes, which could affect performance.
  • Potential Strong Performer: Opening Bid (GB) is a good jumper with a positive pace figure, making it a solid contender.
  • Risk Factors: Yes Indeed (FR), Get Up Mush (IRE), and Olivers Travels (IRE) all have notable issues with mistakes and varying levels of pace management.
Given the data, while Kilta ranks highest, Opening Bid might be a more reliable choice due to fewer mistakes and better pace figures. Olivers Travels also shows potential despite the mistakes, given its positive pace figure.

This file contains racing data with ratings derived from a neural network approach for horse racing. Here’s an explanation of the various comments included:

  • Trainer Form: This is based on the trainer’s last 15 runs, indicating the percentage of horses that placed. A high number is good, while a low number is bad. Comments are provided to give detailed insights.
  • PullH: This shows the past six racing comments regarding how often and how hard the horse pulls during a race.
  • Start Comments: These are based on the last six runs, indicating whether the horse has missed the break and, if so, how badly.
  • Trainer Positive Ratings: These statistics show how well the trainer performs under different conditions, such as at specific tracks, with certain jockeys, and other combinations. There are 26 different metrics, with higher numbers indicating a higher likelihood of success.
  • Trainer Negative Statistics: These indicate when a trainer has significant weaknesses, such as having less than 5% winners at a specific track or poor performance with horses that haven’t run for 100 days.
  • Today’s Pace: This is based on the pace of the top 30% of horses in the race, giving an idea of the overall pace.
  • Pace Comments: These provide predictions on where the horse is likely to be positioned during today’s race based on their last six runs.
  • Fitness: An indicator of the horse’s current fitness level.
  • Draw Comments: These are based on historical data since 2012, showing how horses have performed at the track from certain draw positions. The confidence percentage reflects the reliability of this data, with 100% indicating strong confidence in a draw bias.
  • Color Indicators: Green signifies positive aspects, while red indicates negatives.
