Hi all, im thinking of joining Geegeez but wondered if anybody else is using it & how do you pick a winner in a race, is there a quick & easy way to choose a selection per race.

Hey there! I’ve been using Geegeez for a while now, and it’s a fantastic tool for analyzing races. If you’re looking for a quick way to pick a selection, I’d recommend starting with the Instant Expert feature—it gives you a clear visual of how each horse stacks up against the key race factors like ground, distance, and class. Another useful tip is to check the pace maps to see how the race could unfold, which can help spot horses that might have an edge. It gets easier with practice, so don’t be afraid to explore the different tools available!

Hi thanks for answering my post.
Ive been on their site & there just seems to be loads of info for every horse/race, all very confusing for a novice like me, apart from the instant expert where do you think the best place to look is for pointers?
What process do you do to pick your selections.

Sure, it can definitely feel overwhelming at first with so much information available! Aside from the Instant Expert, a good starting point is to focus on the pace maps. These can give you a visual idea of how the race might play out, showing which horses are likely to lead or come from behind. I also recommend paying attention to course and distance stats—look for horses that have proven form over similar conditions.

When I’m making my selections, I usually start by narrowing down the field using Instant Expert and pace maps. Then, I’ll check for recent form and whether the horse performs well in the type of ground expected. It’s also worth glancing at trainer and jockey stats for an extra edge. With time, you’ll figure out a process that works for you. Just take it step by step, and don't hesitate to experiment with different approaches—it gets easier the more you do it!

I remember getting a three month trial of this few years ago for a quid, it is a lovely site but I didn't go permanent as I am already a HRB lifer and wasn't going to have time to invest in it all.

I offered Matt Bisogno who runs it really positive feedback and he was very gracious in reply. I recall he did stacks of YouTube videos explaining ways of viewing and analysing form and they are really easy to follow and worth a look if they are still there.

I agree with B bradr2, time and effort on there could be very rewarding once you come to terms with all the data.
