Champion Jockey(s) & Best Jockey(s)

The only jockey that will get anywhere near Oisin Murphy for the next few years is Rossa Ryan, especially since Buick/Godolphin aren't quite at their usual levels, and Gosden & Haggas aren't at their normal levels either, so no point in mentioning Champion Flat Jockey, Oisin Murphy is a shoe-in for the next few years, unless he gets injured.

But it looks like it's going to be a good fight between Harry Skelton and Sean Bowen for Champion Jockey this year, I think Sean Bowen deserves it, good jockey, he might have won it last year if he didn't get injured, Cobden's lagging behind, but he usually catches up a bit around Christmas when Nicholls has more horses running.

Who do you think will win it this year - Bowen, Skelton or Cobden?

At the same time, who do you think is the best jump jockey?

Most people will say Harry Cobden, but I think it's Gavin Sheehan, what a great jockey, he outruns his odds more often than the 'top 3'.

For jockeys it's number of wins - currently 84 Bowen - 82 Skelton.

Trainers is decided by prize money - A P O'Brien is winning at the moment with £8 million - Andrew Balding in 2nd with £5 million.
