Hi everyone
I am new to this forum and I need some advice. I have had problems with Ladbrokes Cash out option. When I press it, it goes of and goes blank. Reported this to them with screen shots and they said there isn't a problem on there side. Since then it has happened to some friends of mine too, thankfully they had videoed it and have sent it to Labrokes. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and I could really use your help. All in all I have lost nearly £100 because of this, they say I should not rely on it for money, but as I believe if they have offered it on their page they should abide by it. I feel like I am being fobbed of by them and they aren't taking this serious. I hope someone on here can help me.
