Man City is much too short.

But for a team that has banged on the relegation door for two seasons in a row, the Spurs' odds do seem generous. I guess that's down to how much they've spent on transfers.

The 12/1 Man City, reflects the unresolved 115+ charges that's been dragging on for years.

If they didn't exist, the relegation odds would be same as Arsenal 1000/1.

Potentially, a massive points deduction could occur, putting them in the relegation zone for most of the season. How big the deduction would be is open for discussion. (if any at all)

If I were a Spuds fan (sic), I'd have £5 @ 32/1. If they don't go down, I wouldn't care about the fiver.

If they do go down, £160 would help to ease the pain.
