• Hi Guest, The forum will be moving hosts on 26 July and as such will be closed from Midday until the move has completed.
As we will be with new hosts it may take a while before DNS get updated so it could take while before you can get back on the forum.
I think it will take at least 4 hours but could easily be 48!

  • There seems to be a problem with some alerts not being emailed to members. I have told the hosts and they are investigating.

  • Sorry for the ongoing issues that you may have been experiencing whilst using the forum lately

It really is frustrating when the forum slows down or Server Error 500 pops up.

Apparently the hosts acknowledge there is a problem.
Thank you for using our services and sorry for the experienced delay!
Unfortunately, these errors are due to a higher server load. Our senior department knows about the issue and they are working towards a permanent resolution of the issue, however, I'd advise you to consider using our new cPanel cloud solutions: https://www.tsohost.com/web-hosting

I will have to investigate what the differences are with what We have know compared to the alternative service they want us to migrate to.
    Keep safe.

Tomorrow Done Today

Filly
Worcester 6.30 Baily Gorse 9/1

This 7 year old gelding ran a very good second on stable debut for Tom Lacey at Chepstow. Although the winner done it well in the end, this one paid the price for trying to go with him and was better than the 11l defeat, and would have finished a lot further ahead of the third and fourth, who both went close to winning since themselves.

This saw the selection well supported on his latest start, but he had lost the race before he even got on to the racecourse - sweating badly, fractious in the preliminaries, and hitting pretty much every hurdle.

He's up in trip to 24f now, and the blinkers are now on. He ran a really solid 9l 4th off this mark in Ireland of 97, which should honestly be around 110 here. I've actually no idea how they've got away with his mark not going up when racing over here.

Obviously the horse could blow it again before the start, but I know if he's on a going day that he would be extremely tough to beat off this mark

Glinger was just tapped for toe, me thinks they need to try closer to 24f on ground that quick.

As for BG.. I don't think I would want to take him if you gave him for free, something just not right there.

But, from watching poor old Eriksen just now, there are more important things in life - hopefully he's OK.
