Almost certainly your system Jackform Jackform is far better than anything I could get from looking at the odds, but, last night I wrote down some candidates based on forecast sp.

I may find it interesting to compare;

4.50, Pheonix Aquilis
5.20, Tom Collins
5.50, Lammas
6.50, Crazy Spin
7.50, Pat On The Back.

Of those, the only one I've actually backed is POTB, and not with great confidence, £5 EW at 100/30, bog.

S Sandhog, thanks for the support, I agree with you. This system was given to me by a chap who has his own software business. At the time I thought the system rules were so simple it wasn't worth bothering with. However, a couple of weeks ago I found it when looking for other info in my files and lo-and-behold the first three checked went in one after the other. It is so simple you would not believe it and in fact I have just rated the Lingfield card and it took me less than ten minutes.

I just wish I knew which one of the triple options. :D

In several cases, I get the first two of your picks,( after a much longer look than ten minutes), but, then pick the wrong one.
Obviously, I reallly should improve my dutching to solve this problem.

And, sometimes, as an erratic, impulsive punter, I see the merit in the ones you show, but, bet on another.

For instance, in the 12.35, Ling, I feel it should be between Party On Girl and Atlanna, yet, I've gone and backed Storytime!
That's my problem, and mine alone.
It doesn't take anything away from your good method.

This is my last regular post on the thread as it is getting boring and I'm losing interest as I like to make my own assessments :). However, if anyone wants a race 'doing', or a card even, for comparison to their own selection pm me with half an hours grace and I will put them up . As far as testing the system goes it's looking OK but could be a purple patch and possibly a different story at the Cheltenham festival IMO.
