Scraping from Racing Post

Hi, does anybody have a spreadsheet that will get the racing post ratings and top speed ratings from the racing post website ? I have looked at doing it myself but it is way beyond my capabilities.

I am currently manually typing the information myself and as you can imaging it takes a while and errors are being made......
