Indeed. I don't use the Bower rating in the way it was designed, but it can be useful as a bolt-on

For the craic, shovelled the Bower rating in alongside the Timeform Adj for comparison purposes. Haven't made any calculations for value.

Column K looks at the halving and then the OR average to do the check on a balanced handicap or not.

The short-list checks on the averages of the live odds ranking, along with the averages of Bower/Timeform.

As the market breathes, so will the short-listed qualifiers.
