Foy/Sayette - trainer/jockey to watch

I only noticed these names when I was checking through Monday’s results, but what an impressive start trainer Kevin Foy and young apprentice Benoit de la Sayette have made to their careers. Foy has 5 winners already from his first 17 runners and Sayette has ridden 5 winners from just 13 rides. They have combined for 3 of those winners, jockey has also ridden a winner each for Gosden and Fanshawe. It would be interesting to see how their careers progress.

There was a short film about the trainer a few weeks ago, I'd guess from ATR.

Hopes to have a black type winner by the end of next season.

The jockey does look good apart from his ride on Owhatanight.
