I'm certain you will have watched The Damned United markfinn brilliant film.
- TDU - Great film & Book - markfinn nicksar - and the authors Red Riding Trilogy a fine read and made into a not too bad TV adaptation on channel 4 - Big Sean Bean starsYes and its a better book - only A Clark really give" Old Big Head" a chance - but really I think he regretted going - he only went to piss Derby Chairman of - Ego is all The Damned author ( Leeds fan) David Pease books are very good - his Triology based loosely on P Sutcliffe and police corruption well worth the read - I will have to re- read those
Was a brilliant footballer Mark,I liked Zola as well and Pirlo loads have impressed TBH.I recall years ago going to watch Coventry v Newcastle and a young Paul Gascoigne played he was very impressive, when Coventry signed a teenage Robbie Keane I had the pleasure of watching a huge talent for a season another natural footballer. In my opinion this bloke is the best footballer of the modern age
Larry markfinnThanks markfinn he was honestly a legend. I remember once turning up at WHL & Alfie was sitting outside waiting for the ground to open of course looking the worse for wear
We had to let you all win the odd gameLarry markfinn
Alfie Conn is famous up here for being one of the first players to play for Celtic & Rangers - was in the Rangers side that won the European Cup Winners Cup in 72 , then big Jock Stein signed him in 77 - don't know if he was the first player to ever cross the divide like that but could have been.
Larry - you a Spurs man? - Alan Gilzean - there was a player.
ArkRoyal - Big Dave actually hated that picture - Bremner had "attacked" his left leg which had been broke twice before.Thought it was time to change the Avatar back the mighty Mackay
