Bookies complaining about profits, obvious really they get rid of loads of Horse Racing customers by restricting and banning them so they can concentrate and capitalise on the big losing punters regardless of whether the money they gamble with is legitimate or the proceeds of crime.
Then they hit regulations of how much they can extract from these valuable losers and wonder where all their turnover has gone , they literally set a bonfire to their turnover when they stripped racing enthusiasts betting on horse racing.
The bookies greed is astonishing.
Then we have Arc putting on millions of rubbish races all year worth 50p to the winner, cannon fodder for the bookies and keeping all the bookies media right money for themselves apparently, bookies would have been happy with this when they could cream the losers and when they had millions of shops milking FOBT customers, but the bookies no lose model has hit the buffers and they don’t wanna pay for thisnshite anymore.
Greed, Greed, Greed from every side but the cash cow has been milked too much and now they can‘t rinse addicts and criminals as much as they want.
what have they got left ?, they have turned away most of the genuine betting public.
Meanwhile racing desperate to suck from the bookies tit will now pay the price, the bookies will give up on racing and racing customers are already disenfranchised, Racing will suffer heavily and it will be their own fault for latching on to the bookies tit for so long at the expense of their customers.
Racing will look very different in 10 years time , greed can destroy anything, racing isn’t too big to fall.
