The 90 is part of the formula and is always used to make the ratings have some differential. (See Speed Tool on the Inner sanctum) In the Snapshot below the formula is in the Bar

Ray, I really dig the message, I am going allocations table but I unable to know, for example when it is a good field, we propose +0.20 to 0.53 ??????
Turf going allowance table:
Firm + 0.55s / 0.63s to + f / f
Good / firm + 0.20s / 0.53s to + f / f
Good -0.25s / f to + 0.18s / f
Good / soft -0.55s / f to -0.28s / f
Soft -1.00s / f to -0.58s / f
Heavy -1.58s / f to -1.03s / f

how you can put in a good field of +0.43 going ???

an example would be practical for my calculation

As I explained to you before, I don't compile speed figures, so I can't help you there. All I can suggest to you is to read, re-read and keep re-reading the threads I linked to until you've understood everything contained in them. Then search the rest of the forum for other threads that also treat speed figures. You're going to have to work hard at it if you want to succeed. Experiment with different ways of doing speed figures until you find the best method for you.

The following is a list of the English equivalents of the French going descriptions:

Using the above table, I'm sure you can find what you need. Just remember that the "f" in the table you posted above stands for furlong. You may need to make conversions if you wish to stay in metric.

In one of the threads I linked to (I think), Calimero1250 Calimero1250 said he would help you with French speed figures. What happened with the help he gave you?

The going allowance is a Personal Decision that one makes

If you think the Track is Riding Fast you deduct from your Raw Rating

If you think the Track is riding Slow then you need to add to your Raw Rating

What books gave you read on the Subject of Compiling Speed Ratings

Il y a quelq'un ici qui produit ses propres speed figures a tres haut niveau et il peut passer deux voire trois heures par jour en les faisant. Est-ce que tu es pret pour consacrer ce temps chaque jour pour faire tes propres speed figures? Si ta reponse est oui, tu devras faire beaucoup plus d'effort pour toi-meme que tu as fait jusqu'ici. Toute l'information que tu as besoin, tu peux trouver dans ce forum. Tu peux commencer avec les liens que je t'ai donne. Si tu peux maitriser ce qui est ecrit la, tu auras deja beaucoup acheve. Par contre, d'innonder ce forum avec les memes questions quand c'est clair que tu a rien fait comme effort va resulter dans une seule chose: la silence comme reponse. Je comprends que tu le trouveras difficile avec la langue, mais ca c'est une autre chose qu'il te faut apprendre.

Alors, si tu es serieux, au boulot et bon courage!

I unfortunately can not be for 3 to 4 hours a day like you, I have other things to do.
Now the only problem is the famous allowance.
What I understand, I have to take all the winners of the meetings of days, Also see their differences in arrival time of the standard features, make the averages of these gap by removing the first gap and the last and that THE FINDINGS to posters, I used me to readjust the values rating.
I just ask this to finish my requests and update my database semptembre since 2015.
If you think I'm wrong, grieve not to be at your level, I just ask for help, that's how the board ?????

The way you do this is a personal choice, as Chesham Chesham wrote above. There is no set of rules to follow. How you do it is your choice, so different people will have different going allowances for the same meeting. You will have to find the best way of doing this yourself.
