Deep Form Races

I’ve been following this race and I’ve had the pleasure of backing a number of winners from it including Wen Moon today. Initially I was waiting for the winner Marks Choice and 2nd Copper Knight to run again. Copper Knight won NTO when dropped in class. I then decided to track the first 10 home as it looked very competitive.

I’ve now had several winners from those tracked in this race.

My question is where can you find these deep form races or is it simply a case of watching carefully.

you have to check every day - there might be a way of creating a race alert 10 runners - class 4 etc - but you never know where your req horses might appear next - unless you set up horse alerts . there are many HRB / system users on here that will know better

but i do remember trying similar and failing - IMO its the the art of racing , to find the correct races to back in

Hi,

hi, long time ago, a guy called Bob Rothman wrote a book of systems, his advert had a fancy Rolls Royce and I as usual fell for it however it was quite informative and there was a few gems, including highlighting the winners last race in the RFHB pull out results section , I like you was surprised how races throw up a lot of winners, which you then knew was a good form race, think it’s been said before with different coloured highlighters in respect of class of race, old school I know but ideas are always investigating

I like the principle behind the logic but unsure that this particular race is little more than coincidence.
My opinion is that 2 & 3 yr old maidens work better than all aged handicaps where i think i've seen similar many times over.

Yeah i bet wen moon myself and it was more to do with crying out for soft ground again looking back at its form it was surprising to see it was so long since it had got the soft ground and dropped in that class on favoured ground made it good thing yesterday.
I think if it run on good ground again yesterday even after that race your following it would have not performed again.
But that is the beauty of racing we think we have found away to follow races but in reality its the individual horses in there right ground and class.
What i would have suggest is if you pick a race you want to follow start with winner checking result and go through every horse that run reasonably well in it and see what they would be better in.
MARKS CHOICE a ripon specialist had its ground but better at 6fur so could be one to watch there again.
COPPER KNIGHT had ideal distance won again in little softer and seems to like a bit of give as gets older.
SMART VISION won twice since on softer ground heavy last time loves softer ground so was good run in the good ground.
MISSION COMMAND run well and raced behind copper knight in softer but likes faster ground one to watch on faster ground.
GOLD STAR HERO one that hasn't won since but needs easier track so watch for it at quicker track.
WEN MOON had never once got soft in the going since a massive 179 day break in 9 runs then gets it and in it goes.

So maybe once you find race check the result and notes there can be small changes make difference or maybe on same going the race its self holds up on similar going.
