Custom bets / Long term bets

Hi, Can anyone suggest how to go about getting odds on a custom bet, or long term bet, like those mentioned in this article? The curious world of long-term bets

I have recently tried to get odds on a couple of custom bets with major bookmakers (for example odds that certain rugby players will start at certain positions in some games), which seem like much less whacky bets than those mentioned in the article on unique bets, but they are not being priced up, and no explanation is being given either of why not.

I don’t have a clue , except for this service via Twitter , don’t even know if they still do it because I’ve never used it as William Hill won’t let me bet with them.

Yeah they don't seem to offer much range in the novelty bets with their twitters. I've had most turned down, though they appear to be much shorter term and less 'out there' than the ones that used to be possible, according to the article in the link I posted. They just say 'Nothing for this', or 'Sorry, we wont be offering odds on that', etc. No apparent pattern as to why some get priced up and others not (other than some seem more out there or futher ahead than others) and no explanations.

If it's not sensitive, why won't the let you bet with them?
