Compiling Speed figures.

Well Mike TheBluesBrother TheBluesBrother I imagine you were yelling 'slow down, slow down' in the final half furlong for that last race then - heck of a day for the bookies as you said. I gave up on the ITV 7 simply due to the number of winners I got without ever being within sniffing distance - I am, it must be said, appalling at picking selections for any sort of multiple bet.

I followed your very early/simplified list of instructions to produce an early version of the sheet ... it was long, long way away from a simple copy/paste job back then, i'm sure its evolved massively and become far more involved since then too..
