Can someone help me with some advice

It’s the world we live in more chance of going to jail if you misgender somebody than if you rape somebody.
Cops just pick off law abiding types who make a mistake, they know they are wasting their time with real criminals.
Cops want everything easy they even wait for nice weather to go out with their speed guns waiting to catch law abiding people on their way to work doing 35 in a 30 zone.

You only have to watch these cop shows to see they are powerless against criminals, real nasty criminal types 40 offences before they are 21 that type of thing, how are they out on the streets for long enough to do 40 crimes before they are 21, surely they would be in prison , wouldn‘t they ?
These are 40 crimes they have been caught for , I mean how long have these people served in prison per crime?

I have never been in trouble with the law but I fully expect if I put a toothbrush in my trolley in th e supermarket and I got trapped in one of the holes so I didn’t see it and didn’t get it scanned, I reckon 30 uniformed officers would be tasering me to the ground before I left the shop and I would get locked up for life if I wasn’t already dead, but the real criminals can go around terrorising people unabated.
Yes I know some slight exaggeration here but you get my point.

I know Mick , we have this conversation many times and we differ in some respects - If we have painful or unprofitable customers its reflected in our service I think most business are run this way - the alternative is to do as the really big companies ( monopolies) do - just charge everyone more and cover your arse that way - I suspect bookies want it always up

The problem is though if people were really made aware of the truth…ie they you opened an account with a bookies and a big pop up with a tick box acknowledging you have read it stating the truth that if you become a winning customer or look like you might become a winning customer then we will restrict or close your account and that we only want losing customers on our site.
Then that is the point when gambling becomes pointless to all but the insane, and at that point (the point of truth ) then bettings dies and by association racing dies.
The bookies eventually when everyone who is interested in horse racing realises they are not allowed to bet if they win will become obsolete , then racing will scrambling to introduce a 100% tote monopoly, but most if not all interest in the sport will already be gone and those that are left will be put off by the inevitable greedy margins of the tote monopoly.
Reckon this will happen in the next 25 years, it self destruction already in play with bookies and exchanges already in end game rinsing mode.
 
Tote is looking better these days Irish tote also - but mainly exchanges as you can also lay - so what is the point of bookies ? - the levy of course - I wonder if that is why Pinnacle keep out UK despite promising they will be back

So I tried to deposit into the betfred account with my girlfriends debit card(using her own name also), to which my surprise deposited successfully, I then made a further 5 deposits using her card, then made a withdrawal onto my own card in my own name, which never went Through, betfred then closed my account, and now saying they will be keeping the funds because I used someone else’s card? Do I have a leg to stand on here getting my money from them? Why would they let me make 6 deposits with someone else card if they knew it was wrong and against their terms?
